The Shark Interaction experience at Discovery Cove offers guests a unique opportunity to engage with some of the ocean's most fascinating creatures. Participants will begin by entering the shark habitat, where expert Aquarists will lead a feeding and training session with over 20 resident sharks. Throughout this segment, guests will learn about the different species, their characteristics, and the care they receive. Following this educational experience, participants don snorkels and masks for an exhilarating free swim in deep water alongside various shark species, including Pacific Blacktip, Nurse, Zebra Whitetip Reef, and Bonnethead sharks. This immersive encounter not only enhances understanding of these marine animals but also contributes to conservation efforts, with 5% of the proceeds supporting the Guy Harvey Foundation's vital work in marine research and education.
